Solution notes

This problem was a relatively simple mixture of many of the problems we've done thus far. This is sort of a stop and look back point and a chance for me to see where everyone is at by viewing the submissions that come in. Most of you should have gotten this problem at least 75 to 90% correct. Notice I didn't say 100% as striving for that is silly as you can never be 100% correct anyway. Heck I could play Mary Had a little lamb and I promise you nobody would get the positioning I played it in 100% right without seeing me do it live.

What I found from the tab submissions was awesome. Just about everyone was better than 85% correct. In fact more like 95% which is great. Riffing like this isn't actually easy to nail. Sometimes your ear can hear things going up or hammering on when they're actually being pulled off or going downward in direction.
