Possible solution or answer

Video is out of sync.  Jeff's lips are behind what he's saying. Your issue is a processor one on your end.  Click here for the simple fix for this minor issue.
Video looks tiny in my media player.  Is there any way to make them bigger? Change the screen size in your media player from 100% to 200%.  Our older videos retain 80% resolution at 200% and our newer videos retain about 95% resolution at 200%.  Our newer videos also look OK at full screen too.  However, full screen is tough for website video because it has to be severely compressed in order to make it downloadable to all of you.  We do 1 hour videos and 1.5 hour in some cases here online, so we have to always compromise quality with download ability on some level.  Click here for more on this topic.

Minimum system requirements for JFRocks online VIDEO viewing

233Mhz or higher processor

48MB of RAM minimum

Windows media player version 10 or 11.  Versions 7, 8 and 9 are NOT RECOMMENDED.  Updates are free just go get'em.
You can use other media players if you want, but if you're having problems, try Windows media player.  It's usually fool proof.

Internet connection speed:  DSL or CABLE is required.  Dialup is not much of an option on JFRocks.com, we are a broadband website.

That's really about it.  These are not complex videos to view.  They are simple .wmv files.  We want everyone to be able to download them.  That's what they're here for, so we don't do anything to them that would prevent them being easily viewed by anyone, anywhere in the world.  If you are having trouble, again I encourage you to follow the steps talked about in Problem #1 on this page.
